Who we are
KJ's Cookies is a bakery in Stockholm and is responsible for your personal data. You can reach us at hello@kjscookies.se.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we store your name, email, phone (if given) and what you write about your order. When you sign up for the newsletter we store your email, your first name if given, your language and when you gave consent.
Why
We use contact form details to answer enquiries and handle orders. We only send the newsletter to people who have consented and confirmed their subscription.
How long
Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries are kept as long as needed for the order and for our bookkeeping.
Who helps us
We use Resend to send email. We never sell your data and do not share it for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Email hello@kjscookies.se. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in every email. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
